SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication systems. More specifically, the invention relates to block transfer of radio-protocol level data, where one logical channel identifier is added to one or more data units belonging to one channel. Since when creating a prunit belonging to one logical channel, the volume of service data in the protocol data unit (MAC-e PDU) is reduced.
EFFECT: reduction of service data in protocol data unit increases transmission capacity, which is an advantage for high-speed communication systems such as high-speed uplink packet access (HSUPA).
