SUBSTANCE: reorder buffer for data blocks reordering is provided to each logical channel. Device includes: level of media access control (MAC) which is adapted to maintain high-speed packet access per communication upline "HSUPA" with reorder buffers provided to each of many logical channels, at that MAC is configured to receive data block containing data elements and index number, at that data element includes identifier of logic channel to identify data elements belonging to corresponding logical channel and information about size to designate size of data elements; processing of data block received thus data elements are forwarded to corresponding reorder buffer connected to corresponding logical channel from many logical channels; and delivery of data elements stored in reorder buffer to corresponding logical channel.
EFFECT: upgrading data transmission efficiency.
