SUBSTANCE: the innovation is suggested to provide a chance to measure and dose the value of a spring's power that provides the compression of fragments and prevent self-untwisting of a spring's fixative unit in the course of therapy. The device has got a spring, a fixing element with a distal end for a spring, a spring's fixing unit, a support glass for a spring and internal, middle and external keys. The support glass has got a foramen in the bottom of a fixing element and a bead for support into external cortical plate of distal osseous fragment. A fixing element is designed as a self-fixing needle with flexible leaf or as a screw. Distal end of fixing element is designed to have a thread for ability of a spring's fixing unit to rotate along it, and an edge - with a groove for internal key. Spring's fixing unit is designed with protrusions, and at an edge - with a groove for middle key. Walls of supporting glass are designed with G-shaped grooves for protrusions of spring's fixing unit, and a bead - with grooves for external key. There is a scale at a middle key to measure the power of spring's compression, moreover, free edge of external key is located at the level of this scale.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation.
