FIELD: medicine, traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with collum femoris fractures by applying fixatives that maintain inter-fragmental compression. Needles should be introduced at blunt angle to fracture plane being opened outwards and downwards, moreover, angular value and the distance between the lower contact point of osseous fragments to the point of needles' crossing should be detected after fracture roentgenometry by a calculating Table which is useful to detect, also, the value of compression power necessary to stabilize the fracture during therapy at functional loadings. For the purpose to apply this calculating Table before osteosynthesis according to roentgenogram one should detect the distance from the bottom of caput femoris to the plane of collum femoris fracture and inclination angle of fracture plane to horizontal plane by special technique. On detecting necessary compression power to provide stable fracture fixation one should calculate necessary quantity of needles: for this purpose one should measure drawing effort for one needle without withdrawal out of caput femoris that provides stability of fracture fixation at functional loadings, moreover, one should quantitatively evaluate necessary compression power at different functional loadings to determine necessary number of fixatives.
