FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out reposition of fragments. Needles are introduced into neck and caput of femur perpendicular to fracture's plane with possibility to leave the bone while fracture is being healed. Needles are made of either flexible material or material with the memory of form and have curvature in proximal part. In peculiar case, at unstable fractures one should put springs onto distal ends of needles which come out of the bone. In peculiar case, proximal end of needles made of flexible material is designed to be of spear-shaped form, needles have curvatures - near sharpened end at proximal section and the part corresponding to distal fragment of femur, needles should be introduced into neck and caput of femur in direct tubes to be then withdrawn out of femoral caput. The method enables to decrease traumaticity level and reliably stabilize fracture. EFFECT: higher efficiency of osteosynthesis. 2 ex
