FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to dentistry, and is intended for manufacturing removable resection upper jaw prosthesis which has additional retention elements. Before operation impressions from both jaws are obtained. Impressions are used to manufacture models. Models are fixed in articulator. After operation impression of upper jaw post-operation defect is made. Gypsum model is made. On the model external boundaries of operation field are engraved in vertical and horizontal directions with 1.5-2 mm width and depth. Gypsum model is duplicated with silicone mass. Polyurethane model is made. Dentoalveolar prosthesis is made from rigid polyurethane with obturator from soft polyurethane. Excessive plastic is removed and prosthesis is polished. Single-stage dental implant with spherical abutment is installed into patient's zygomatic bone on upper boundary of jaw defect parallel to the way of prosthesis introduction. On prosthesis in the place of contact with implant construction material is removed by means of cutter. Retention element is fixed into formed slot on self-hardening plastic in position of central occlusion. Excessive plastic is removed and prosthesis is polished. Prosthesis is fixed in oral cavity.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure formation of prosthetic bed in the place of performed operation, the lowest adhesion of microorganisms to prosthesis, and recovery of patient's phonetics due to reliable fixation of dentoalveolar prosthesis.
