FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating ocular diseases due to preliminary diagnostics of patient's vision state and establishing by its results the nature of ocular disease. One should affect patient's eyes with, at least, two out of the following four series of electromagnetic impulses: impulses of infrared radiation at wave length being 730-980 nm; impulses of visible radiation in area of red color at wave length of 620-670 nm; impulses of visible radiation in area of green color at wave length of 520-570 nm; impulses of visible radiation in area of blue color at wave length being 400-450 nm; each of them has got porosity of 0.7-5 and total duration of 1.5-3 min, and the power of each impulse corresponds to about 0.5-1 mW. Depending upon the type of the disease one should match impulse frequency and alternation of wave lengths. The innovation enables to improve patient's vision state and alter ocular state towards the standard.
