Method for preparing the agent involves the following steps: a) preparing the conditioned cellular medium for cultivating containing the required levels of extracellular components by culturing eucaryotic cells in three dimensions in cellular cultural medium in vitro; b) separation of the conditioned cellular medium for cultivation from cells used for conditioning of indicated medium; c) combination of indicated conditioned cellular medium for cultivation with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The agent is used for stimulation of wounds healing or burns treatment, correction of cosmetic defect, inhibition of skin aging and stimulation of hair growth.
