SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an agent that comprises the conditioned cultural medium prepared in culturing eucaryotic cells in three dimensions. Method for preparing the agent involves the following steps: a) preparing the conditioned cellular medium for cultivating containing the required levels of extracellular components by culturing eucaryotic cells in three dimensions in cellular cultural medium in vitro; b) separation of the conditioned cellular medium for cultivation from cells used for conditioning of indicated medium; c) combination of indicated conditioned cellular medium for cultivation with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The agent is used for stimulation of wounds healing or burns treatment, correction of cosmetic defect, inhibition of skin aging and stimulation of hair growth. Invention allows modulating the growth rate and reproduction of eucaryotic cells.
