FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular to transplantology. Occluder consists of supporting structure, connected with stopping membrane which contains construct of cell matrix, which includes calls of fibroblasts and in norm secreted by cells of fibroblasts components of endogenically produced extracellular matrix. Method of transcutaneous transluminal closing of hole in heart is realised by means of occluder by installation in defect zone. In addition, method of activation of mammalian tissue vascularisation is performed by means of occluder.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to close defects of organs, restore injured tissues, activate vascularisation in defect place.
