FIELD: oil-producing industry; installations for purification of water from petroleum, oil products and mechanical impurities.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of oil-producing industry, in particular, to the installations of gravitational action used for separation of the immiscible liquids and may be used for water purification from petroleum, oil products and mechanical impurities in the process of cleaning oil tanks and at elimination of the emergency oil spills. The installation consists of the intermediate container and the tank with the filler, the branch pipes to discharge the water and petroleum. Inside of the tank there are: the vertical partition for accumulation of the separated water; the vertical partitions ensuring separation of the mixture for the water and petroleum; the shutters mounted in the guides with the possibility of their vertical rise with the help of the coupling rods. The shutters change the movement of water in the lower part of the bottom from the rectilinear motion for the zigzagging motion in the vertical plane. In the tank filler there is the vertical pipe, on the lower end of which there is the rigidly fixed stabilizer made in the form of two disks. The installation ensures the increased efficiency of the water purification from the oil products.
