FIELD: plastic metal working, namely bending die sets for making cone parts.

SUBSTANCE: die set includes base in which cone punch and changeable ring with supporting end face are mounted; moving plate with cone die. Die set is provided with device for pressing edges of sheet blank; said device is in the form of guides and spacing plates into which pressure bolts are screwed. Die is provided with changeable insert of end holder of blank and it has annular grooves on inner surface and through slit. Punch has in outer surface annular grooves and it is provided with gasket preventing burning and arranged along generatrix in radial direction coinciding with that of through slit of die. Guide members for pressing edges of blank are secured to die along is through slit. Spacing plate with pressure bolts are mounted in said guide members.

EFFECT: improved design, increased useful life period of die set, enhanced quality of formed parts.
