FIELD: methods and installations for purification of the waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and installation for purification of the waste waters. The method of purification of the waste waters includes the following stage of the process: a) the aerobic clarification of the waste water by means of then active sludge on the stage of the neogenesis; b) the secondary clarification of one part of the coming out from the stage of the neogenesis of the mixture of the waste water and then active sludge into the tank of the secondary clarification; c)dehydration in the dehydrator of the other part of the mixture of the waste water coming out from the stage of the neogenesis and the active sludge; d) return of at least a part of the settled at the staged b) and c) active sludge into the aeration tank with the active sludge; e) withdrawal of the purified waste water from the dehydrator after the return of the active sludge, omitting the tank of the secondary clarification. At that the settled at the stage b) the active sludge is returned on the neogenesis stage in concentration from approximately 2.5 g/l up to 7 g/l and the settled at the c) stage active sludge is returned onto the stage of the neogenesis from approximately 30 g/l up to 60 g/l. The installation for purification of the waste waters includes the stage of the neogenesis, the tank of the secondary clarification and the dehydrator. At that, both the tank of the secondary clarification and the dehydrator are connected each through at least two pipe systems of pipelines to the stage of the neogenesis, at that one pipeline goes from the outlet of the stage of the neogenesis to the tank of the secondary clarification or, accordingly, to the dehydrator and is used for the feeding of the mixture of the waste water and the active sludge, and the other pipeline is used for return of the active sludge compacted in the tank of the secondary clarification or, accordingly, in the dehydrator of the active sludge onto the stage of the neogenesis, and the withdrawing line of the dehydrator is omitting the tank of the secondary clarification. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the hydraulic power (the throughput capacity) and the optimal utilization of the biological capacity.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased hydraulic power and the optimal utilization of the biological capacity.
