FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the charges of the blenderized solid rocket propellant.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the method of production of the charges of the blenderized solid rocket propellant (BSRP). The method of production of the BSRP charge, according to which produce the samples of the charges with the different amount of the hardening agent and the combustion controller for what they preliminary prepare the mixture of the powdery components including the powdery oxidizing agent, take the batches from the gained mixture and from the liquid-viscous components. The mixer of the periodical action is charged with the batches of the liquid-viscous components and the combustion controller, intermix, then dose the mixture of the powdery components by 2-4 rations. At that together with last ration of powdery components dose the hardening agent, intermix each ration with the liquid-viscous components without vacuum, and form the charges in the press-mold. According to the results of the tests of the samples of the charges produce the BSRP charge with the chosen contents of the components. The invention is intended for production of the monolithic (without the air flecks) BSRP charges with the predicted characteristics.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the blenderized solid rocket propellant charges with the predicted characteristics.
