FIELD: pipe-line systems.
SUBSTANCE: detector comprises at least one permanent magnet and magnetic sensors. Each magnet has the plane parallel to the axis of symmetry of the detector. The magnetic sensors lie in the plane parallel to the plane of the magnets and are located at a distance from the axis of symmetry of the detector that exceeds that of the magnet. The magnetic sensors are grouped in pairs so that the line that connects the centers of two sensors in each pair is parallel to the axis of symmetry of the detector. Each magnetic sensor has two inputs for power supply and two outputs. One of the outputs of the magnetic sensor of each pair is connected with the output of the second magnetic sensor so that the interconnected pairs are the outputs of the same polarity. Two remainder outputs of a pair of magnetic sensors are connected with the inputs of the multiplexer.
EFFECT: enhanced functional capabilities.
