FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the filed of nondestructive control of oil and gas pipelines and may be used for determination of spatial coordinates of defects, as well as for measurement of distance passed by intratubal inspecting gear-defectoscope. Intratubal gear-defectoscope contains cylindrical thermal container that is magnetic core, permanent magnet poles that are fixed on it in the front and back parts, brushes-magnetic cores, which are installed in radial directions between poles of permanent magnet and pipeline, and support elements in the form of elastic collars with wheels, which are installed behind the magnet poles limits, concentric row of flippers with cover-pads, which are installed between poles of permanent magnet. In every of flippers defectoscope sensors are tightly inbuilt, which are intended for measurement of pipeline magnet field intensity. Inside container electronics unit is installed with instruments of orientation and navigation, which contains registering equipment, and also unit of electric power supply sources. In back part of thermal container two wheel odometers are installed, at that each of them contains wheel with tooth disk, hollow axle, which is fixed on lever, to this axle two sensors are fixed, which consist of two Hall sensors, which are installed at distance equal to double width of magnet, which is installed at equal distances between Hall sensors. Gear-defectoscope also contains two amplifiers, differential amplifier, peak detector of maximum signal, peak detector of minimum signal, RS-trigger, shaper of output signal and supply filters, shapers of output signal, supply filters, at that sensors peak detector of maximum signal, peak detector of minimum signal, RS-trigger, shapers of output signal and supply filters, at that sensors are displaced along circumference at the angle that corresponds to whole number of tooth pitch halves and displacement of sensors output signals by angle of 90 electric degrees, immovable part of screen, two ball bearings, which provide possibility of rotation of wheel with tooth disk, made of magnet-conducting steel, which is fixed to one of two movable covers of wheel, between which steel shell is fixed with dent on external surface, and to other cover movable part of screen is fixed. Additionally in gear-defectoscope the following components are introduced: damping device, two additional sensors, which are installed diametrically opposite to two main sensors. Magnets of each of additional sensors are installed along circumference of tooth disk radius, less than radius of disposition of two main sensors magnets by value that is equal to length of magnets. On tooth disk two grooves are turned opposite to two additional sensors, at that grooves are installed along circumference so that length of one of the grooves corresponds to angle of two main sensors displacement, width of every of two links between grooves is equal to width of disk tooth. Software of electronic unit provides possibility of recording signals of two additional sensors for determination of wheel rotations number.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability of passed distance determination and determination of defects coordinates.
