FIELD: radio measurements, possible use for estimating distortions of random signal, caused by inertial and nonlinear properties of real quadripoles, for example, in audio sections.
SUBSTANCE: in the device, characteristics of random processes are determined, which alter depending on inertial and nonlinear properties of quadripoles. Characteristics to be determined, changing of which unambiguously points at appearance of distortions in output signal, are correlation function, energy spectrum and density of signal value probabilities. Introduced distortions are estimated on basis of results of comparison of statistical characteristics of input and output processes. Device contains two correlators or two spectrum analyzers or two generators of bar graph of distribution of instant values of signal.
EFFECT: possible analysis of properties of quadripoles and distortions introduced by them without halting their operation and transferring them to special testing mode.
