The technique lies in the measurement of the correlation coefficient of the spectra of input and output signals. Evaluation of frequency distortion is a value obtained through subtraction from the measured correlation coefficient of spectra.
EFFECT: simplification of engineering solutions due to elimination of standardisation of spectra.
