FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: signal is formed by means of test signal generator and spectrum analyzer. Instant values of the signal define values of standardized amplitude-frequency characteristic of two-port network. Then the signal is applied to input of subtraction unit. Registered signal is connected to input of squarer. Output of quadrator is connected with input of integrator. Quantitative evaluation criterion of frequency distortions is frequency distortions area which has to be the result of integration.

EFFECT: improved precision of evaluation of frequency distortions.
