FIELD: medicine; angiologia; ultrasonic diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic image is received and pulsation index is measured in distal department of rear tibial artery is measured. Linear detector with pulse dopplerography is used. Patient takes 10 mg of nifedipine sublingual. 15 minutes after patient took the medicine, the rear tibial artery is subject to visualization and index of pulsation is measured. State of functional reserve is judges from calculated meaning of index of pulsation that has to be relation of index of pulsation after and before reception of nefedipine. If index of pulsation excesses 1,50 conditional units, then kept functional vascular reserve is diagnosed. If it belongs to 1,10 to 1,49 conditional units then reduced reserve is judged and if it is lower than 1,10 conditional units then reduced worn-out reserve is judged.
EFFECT: ability of objective estimation of functional vascular reserve.
