SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to restorative medicine; it can be used for rehabilitation of patients with chronic disorders of cerebral circulation. Drug therapy, trainings using a “Carbonic” breathing training machine, and manual methods are carried out, while preliminary examination additionally includes examination of a patient on a “Carbonic” treatment and diagnostics complex with individual selection of a training mode, in the result of which, based on data on gas exchange and functional condition, an individual mode of breathing training on the “Carbonic” training machine is selected for the patient. Fascial manipulations by Luigi Stecco are used as manual methods, daily hypercapnic-hypoxic trainings are started from 2-5 minutes, adding 1 minute with good health until training lasts for 10-20 minutes. At the same time, “Treating” or “Preventive” modes are used, a rehabilitation course on the “Carbonic” training machine lasts for 14-30 days, a course of fascial manipulations is performed once a week for 4 weeks, duration of a fascial manipulation session is from 30 to 45 minutes.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency and convenience of rehabilitation in ambulatory conditions.
