FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to nephrology and ultrasonic diagnostics and is intended for diagnostics of affection of kidneys in children. Carried out is ultrasonic triplex scanning of kidneys with estimation of renal hemodynamics at the level of main trunk and segmental renal arteries in position of clinostasis with determination of index of resistance (IR). Additionally determined is renal hemodynamics at the level of main trunk and segmental renal veins by determination in them of maximal blood flow rate. Also additionally estimated is renal hemodynamics first in position of orthostasis, then in position of clinostasis. Degree of change of maximal rate of blood flow in renal arteries under orthostatic loading is determined in percent ratio by formula: (Vmax clinostasis - Vmax orthostasis)\Vmax clinostasis)×100%, where Vmax clinostasis is maximal rate of blood flow in renal arteries in position of clinostasis and Vmax orthostasis is maximal rate of blood flow in renal arteries in position of orthostasis. In case of combination of values IR<0.52 in renal arteries in position of orthostasis, reduction of maximal rate of blood flow in orthostasis at the level of main trunk of renal artery more than by 17%, at the level of segmental renal arteries - more than by 14%, and in veins - with increase of rate indices on segmental and renal veins in position of orthostasis relative to clinostasis, arteriovenous shunting of blood flow in kidneys with stable form of essential arterial hypertension in children is determined with diagnosing in them early affection of kidneys.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose early affection of kidneys in children with stable form of essential arterial hypertension.
