FIELD: treatment of brackish water; regions of agriculture requiring irrigation for cultivation of agriculture cultures in protected ground systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is used for treatment of brackish water of high salinity (5-10 g/l) and water at high concentration of hardness salts (more than 15 mg.eq/l). Proposed method includes successive passing of brackish water through cationite and anionite in ion forms containing elements of water-soluble mineral fertilizers, thus obtaining mineral fertilizer solutions. Water is first passed through cationite, after which part of water escaping from it is passed through anionite and other part is passed through electrodialysis distiller and then flows are mixed before delivery of them for irrigation. Concentrate from electrodialysis apparatus is returned to process at cationite treatment stage. Plant proposed for realization of this method includes units for preparation of cationite and anionite treatment solutions, ion exchange unit consisting of at least one cationiter and anionite exchange apparatus whose cationites and anionites are in ion forms containing elements of water-soluble mineral fertilizers, pumps, pipe lines and fittings; plant includes additionally unit for correction of composition of mineral fertilizer solution including electrodialysis distiller and mixing apparatus; inlet branch pipe of distiller is connected with line of discharge of cationitation products from cationite exchanger and concentrate outlet branch pipe is connected with reservoir for preparation of cationite solution; mixing apparatus is also provided with branch pipe for introducing mineral fertilizer solution escaping from anionite exchange apparatus and branch pipe for delivery of balanced solution of mineral fertilizer for treatment of soil.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining required water-to-fertilizer ratio for various fields.
