FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: inventions can be used in agriculture in the technology of producing solutions of mineral fertilizers used for fertigation – irrigation and simultaneous application of fertilizers during cultivation of crops. Method and installation for its implementation include processing initial water in three successive ion-exchange columns – two with cationite (C3, C1) in form of cationic component of obtained fertilizer and one (C2) – in form of anionic component. Solution from the exit of the the second cationic column (C1) by dividing into two parts. One part is directed to anionite column (C2) to obtain solution of complex mineral fertilizer at its outlet, and other – to desalination plant (DP) to obtain desalinated water simultaneously with fertilizer for preparation of fertigation solution. Salt concentrate after desalination collected in vessel (V1) is used for regeneration of cationite in column (C1), and regenerate of this column is used for regeneration of column (C3). In column (C2), regeneration is carried out using a salt solution containing an anionic component of the obtained fertilizer. Installation versions differ by schemes of storage and repeated use of regenerating solution displaced from free volume of columns. In one version, common vessel is used for regenerating solution supplied from outside and displaced, and in the other – two separate ones. Installation contain three ion-exchange units, each having one or two identical columns, one or two said reservoirs, as well as two or three flow switches providing operation of the installation, including displacement combined with a mode of incomplete regeneration of ionites.
EFFECT: inventions enable to use low-grade initial fertilizers with prevention of ingress of agrotechnically hazardous components into the obtained complex fertilizer, exclude the disturbance of the desalination plant operation and reduce the amount of waste solutions.
