FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. System of dust production for powerful energy boiler on low-moisture coal includes unit of coal supply, comprising raw coal charging device, raw coal hopper, raw coal feeder; unit of fuel drying, including panel steam drier, track of heating steam supply and spent steam exhaust, track of working fuel evaporated moisture exhaust, track of dried coal discharge; unit of coal grinding, including grinding mills, air mixture pipelines, cyclones - separators of dust and transporting air, pipeline of exhaust of dust-free ventilating agent, mill fans, dust lines of discharge from coal dust caught in cyclone, dust hopper; unit of coal dust transportation to burners, including: group of dust feeders, dust leakages, mixers of dust with high-discharge air, dust lines for transportation of highly concentrated air mixture to boiler burners, and also air blower. The circuit includes closed loop of mill ventilation "mill-cyclone-mill fan-mill", at the same time on section "mill fan-mill" there is a blowing line, and on section "mill fan-cyclone" there is a line of ventilation medium improvement.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase efficiency due to reduction of power inputs for auxiliaries, consumption of energy, reduction of heat losses with effluent gases, for maintenance and repair purpose.
