FIELD: metal working.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises introducing the indenter whose rigidity is much higher than that of the part into the surface layer of the wedge-shaped part and measuring the size of the mark. The indenter is introduced by means of impacts of various energy from the side of the wedge edge in the direction perpendicular to the part and parallel to one of the surfaces of the blade. Each impact should not effect on the volumes deformed during the previous impacts. The dynamic micro-rigidity is determined by dividing the kinetic energy of the impact by the volume of the displaced material.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
