FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: for detecting helminthes and their larvae one should mix blood samples with anticoagulant K3-EDTA and add concentrated glucose solution being not more than 10% against the volume of blood sample to develop glucose concentration in blood sample of about 22-400 mM/l, then one should incubate blood samples in a thermostat at 37-60°C for about 15-30 min, take about 10-15 mcl out of the upper layer of supernatant and mix with 1%-Lugol's solution to prepare the smears and conduct microscoping. The innovation enables to detect parasites in 100% of cases.
