SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for data transfer over open optical atmospheric communication channel that has transmitting module, receiving module incorporating photodetector, primary data bus, data coding bus, and control bus is characterized in that series-connected in output analog signal processing circuit of photodetector are adjustable line amplifier and adjustable filter and that transmitting module is controlled by variable-length and variable pulse repetition rate generator.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of communications independent of weather conditions.
