FIELD: physics, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fast-acting electronic equipment and may be sued in registration of single electric pulses of nano-picosecond time range. Device comprises laser module (LM), electro-optical modulator (EOM) and commutator. Optical output of LM is connected to optical input of EOM. Laser module is arranged as adjustable along wave length in environment of zero dispersion point of standard single-mode fiber and is installed from receiving side of device. Control inputs of adjustable laser module are connected to the first group of PC control outputs. Calibrator is arranged in the form of generator with additional output of zero dispersion signal. From transmitting side of device control unit is introduced, information inputs of which are connected to the second group of PC control outputs via additional communication line. Outputs of control unit are connected to control inputs of attenuator, commutator and calibrator.

EFFECT: provides registration of single electric pulses of nano-picosecond time range.
