FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: powder wire is composed of sheath manufactured from stainless chromium steel with carbon content between 0.01-0.025%, chrome 18.0-21.0% and charge. Charge of powder wire includes (per cent by mass): metal chromium 5.0-33.0; electrolytic nickel 26.0-54.0; metal manganese 1.5-15.0; ferroniobium 2.0-7.0; rutile 1.5-15.0; fluorspar 1.5-15.0; magnesium carbonate 1.5-10.0; sodium hexafluorsilicate 0.6-3.0; potassium-sodium clod 0.5-4.0; ferrovanadium 0.6-5.0; chromium oxide 0.6-5.0. Block factor of powder wire amounts to 20-30 per cent by mass. Use of low-carbon chromium sheath in addition to complex alloying of surfacing metal with niobium and vanadium in combination with injection of chromium oxide into slag system gives possibility to conduct welding in all spatial positions by free formation of metal of weld and ensures most complete degree of stabilization of metal of weld which results in its greatest resistance to intercrystalline and general corrosion. EFFECT: increased resistance of metal of weld of general and intercrystalline corrosion, improved welding technology properties during welding in all spatial positions with free formation of metal of weld. 3 tbl
