FIELD: layered products essentially comprising a water-setting substance, for instance concrete, plaster, asbestos cement, or like builders' materials, particularly plaster boards used for room finishing.

SUBSTANCE: plaster panel comprises gypsum core having front surface, rear surface and four side surfaces and at least one coating paper base, which covers front and rear surfaces, as well as opposite side surfaces of the panel. Gypsum core includes one or several solid edge parts. Each edge part has one side surface covered with coating paper base, one or several high-density parts having front or rear surfaces or rear surface non including side surface covered with coating paper base. High-density part has density substantially equal to that of hard edge part and includes low-density section having density lower than that of hard edge part and that of high-density section contacting with hard edge part. Hard edge part does not comprise nail driving areas.

EFFECT: reduced weight, increased ability of binding with coating paper base of the panel having edges not subjected to drying during panel production, possibility of nail driving in the panel, increased treatment ability.
