SUBSTANCE: method involves creating descending and ascending air flows twisted in one direction, with ascending flow being heat-carrier and descending flow being continuously transported raw product, which is formed within volume of working chamber in suspended toroidal layer twisted around vertical axis, said layer being kept at predetermined height; providing vertical displacement of toroidal layer with predetermined amplitude by varying ratio of flow velocities in descending and ascending flows.
EFFECT: reduced time for drying of poly-dispersion dusty food product.
