FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in creation of descending and ascending air flows skewed in the same direction, at that ascending flow is heat carrier, and descending flow continuously transports raw product, which is transformed in working chamber volume into suspended and toroidal layer skewed around the vertical axis, having top and bottom limits, held at certain height, at that ascending flow is created from several equidistant flows with the same flow rate, which are swirled around device axis and inclined to it at the angle from 35 to 65°, at that all separate flows of ascending flow are skewed around their axes in the same direction, along helical spirals counterclockwise, if product layer rotates clockwise, when looking from top, and clockwise, if the layer rotates counterclockwise, when looking from top, and at that circular area is formed in the section of every flow, besides, in direction of its rotation around device axis suspended layer is rotated along helical path around direction of its movement, at that wave protrusions are provided at the top limit, the number of which is equal to the number of separate flows, from 2 to 10.

EFFECT: intensification of product drying and granulation and reduction of power inputs.
