FIELD: investigating or analyzing materials.

SUBSTANCE: measuring device comprises measuring head mounted at one of the ends of the load-bearing tube and provided with the electrochemical measuring cell. The cell has a tube closed from one of the ends and made of a rigid electrolyte. The closed end of the pipe is provided with the reference material and electrode. The electrode projects out from the opposite end of the tube made of a rigid electrolyte whose outer surface is covered with a mixture of calcium zirconate with a fluoride.

EFFECT: enhanced precision.
