FIELD: analytical methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention that can be applied in chemical, microbiological, and food industries as well as at factory-farm enterprises deals with determining glycin in aqueous solutions carried out as follows. Test sample is added into detection cell (piezoresonance sensor) to register analytical signals, analytical signal is registered at elution of test sample containing glycin within concentration range between 1·10-5 and 1·10-1 M at 20±2°C and eluent flow velocity 30 cm3/min (eluent: 1:1 ethanol/water mixture), resonance frequency of sensor is measured, relative shift of frequency is calculated from difference between sensor oscillation frequency in eluent and after analysis, and concentration of glycin is estimated from calibrating graph of relative shift of frequency vs glycin concentration.
EFFECT: simplified analytical equipment, reduced reagent consumption, and accelerated analytical procedure.
