FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves spatially scanning object under study with probing laser bundle, detecting scattered optical speckle-field and determining optical heterogeneity. Laser radiation frequency is restructured in each point of probed space with given frequency deviation being inversely proportional to time delay value in scattering medium, Transverse scattered optical speckle-field intensity distribution is fixed for each frequency value, its two-dimensional laser radiation frequency deviation correlation factor is calculated and optical heterogeneity is determined.
EFFECT: wide range of functional applications.
