FIELD: cryo-electronics, possible use for forming rectangular impulses with adjustable duration.
SUBSTANCE: signal to be transformed onto first controlling bus of cryotron, onto second one - controllable direct voltage, while output signal is selected in form of voltage drop on valve and is then amplified. Controlling current may increase or decrease duration of impulses.
EFFECT: decreased costs and complexity of device and its adjustment due to usage of symmetrical two-input cryotron.
