FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has frame having side strips, terminal beams and lumbar cross-member, flexible braces placed between the terminal beams, cross-ribs fixed with braces and creating supporting surface and panels for supporting head and legs. The panels are fixed on their own bases with brace struts forming parallelogram mechanism allowing spring-loaded panel movement away from the lumbar cross-member. The bases are set in a way that their longitudinal guide members positions relative to the frame are controllable. The longitudinal guide members of the bases are mounted on the frame with mating guiding cramps fixed on the lower frame side. The mating guiding cramps are fastened from below on side strips on the side turned to the leg shanks support panel. The frame has means for adjusting frame end position relative to the area of bearing on the side turned to the head support panel. The frame has transverse strip on the side adjacent to the head support according to the first embodiment. The strip has two supporting members of adjustable height and is rotatably mounted on terminal beam between the flexible braces. The longitudinal head support panel base guide members are mounted by means of mating guiding cramps fixed on the lower transverse strip side. The mating guiding cramps are attached to terminal frame beam on the side turned to the head support panel from below with a pair of props of adjustable height.

EFFECT: simplified design; small size and weight.
