SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aqueous liquid composition for skin cleansing that comprises surface-active substance, water-soluble cationic polymer among polysaccharide class as a preliminary dispersion, emulsion of agent with favorable effect on skin having size of particles from 0.1 to 10 mcm, water-soluble agent with favorable effect on skin and water. Method for enhancing deposition of emulsion drops of agent with favorable effect on skin involves combination of emulsion drops with cationic polymer in surface-active substance an aqueous solution and the following dilution of the composition with water in using. Liquid components with cleansing effect cross-linked by new cross-linking system are stable at increased temperature and provide good cleansing and parameters for conditioning the skin.
