FIELD: agriculture, medicine, food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for sanitation of foodstuffs and animal husbandry raw. Method is carried out by treatment of raw the disinfection solution agent followed by washing out and cooling. As a disinfecting agent method involves using a neutral anolyte synthesized from 0.2-0.4% sodium chloride solution subjected for effect of direct current with intensity providing values pH 7-8, concentration of oxidants 0.02-0.06% and the redox potential value +1000 ± 50 mV wherein treatment is carried out at 15-25°C for 25-30 min. Invention provides disinfection of both external cutaneous sheath and internal cavities of poultry carcass (abdominal, thoracic).
EFFECT: improved method of treatment.
