FIELD: metallurgy, alloys.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes iron-chrome-nickel-alloy and article made of thereof. The alloy comprises the following components, wt.-%: carbon (C), 0.06, not above; silicon (Si), 1.0-1.4; manganese (Mn), 0.05-1.0; chrome (Cr), 22.0-35.0; nickel (Ni), 23.0-36.0; aluminum (Al), 1.8-2.5; zirconium (Zr), 0.07-0.09; molybdenum (Mo), 0.03-0.09; at least one component of rare-earth metals, 0.02-0.035, and iron (Fe), the balance. Articles made of the proposed iron-chrome-nickel alloy of indicated composition show the necessary tenacity level up to temperature 1150°C, high specific electric resistance, plasticity and strength. The proposed iron-chrome-nickel alloy shows the satisfactory plasticity in the process for technological conversion ingot-wire. Invention can be used in smelting and making precision iron-chrome-nickel alloys as wire, band, net and so on designated for making heating elements in industrial, laboratory and domestic electric ovens and another electric equipment of heat effect, and in resistance elements in devices of different designation.
