FIELD: chemistry; welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in preparing cobalt-based alloys and additive metals, particularly wire made of these alloys for welding, build-up welding and welding repair of heat-resistant high-alloyed nickel and cobalt alloys parts. Welding wire composition includes components at the following ratio, wt %: carbon 0.10-0.30; chrome 15.0-20.0; tungsten 1.4-2.0; molybdenum 14.0-20.0; nickel 2.0-4.0; iron 2.0-4.0; manganese 0.5-1.0; titanium 0.5-1.5; aluminium 0.5-1.5; at least one component from rare earth metal group 0.01-0.03; rhenium 0.01-0.05; cobalt is the rest up to 100%. Total content of titanium and aluminium comprises 1.0-2.0%.
EFFECT: enhanced durability of welding wire alloy, improved welding joint quality due to prevention of fractures in the joint.
