FIELD: well drilling by use of heat, particularly flame drilling to create wells having precise dimensions, for instance large-size wells.
SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying melt, which is waste material, so that melt is pressed into rock surrounding well to provide rock cracking under the action of temperature and pressure; simultaneously casing well interior with hardening melt. Melt contains metal and is supplied via pipeline members as drilling agent to well bore bottom including material, which is removed by fusion. Magnetic metal melt is preferably used. Drilling device and materials adapted to realize above method are also disclosed.
EFFECT: provision of rock drilling without additional cooling means, elimination of well casing and consolidation operations.
