SUBSTANCE: method comprises expanding a part of the pipe blank by explosion made of polymeric shell and liquid explosive agent. The mandrel is used for wounding the polymeric shell, coating it by damping agent, and setting the assemble produced in the pipe blank. The shell is filled with explosive agent in part or completely and is provided with means for igniting.
EFFECT: reduced cost.
