FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, juvenile neurology and psychiatry.
SUBSTANCE: one should evaluate clinical signs and, additionally, detect the level of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in blood serum. At NSE content ranged 11.19-18 mcg/l one should conclude upon the diagnosis of minimal cerebral dysfunctions (MCD). Application of the method enables to carry out rational complex of therapeutic measures and establish diagnosis of MCD in short terms at high specificity.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
