FIELD: radio direction-finding, in particular, systems providing determination of the spatial attitude of an object, for example, a flight vehicle, and azimuth and angular altitude directions to the respective beacon.
SUBSTANCE: the system has functionally coupled beacon transmitter, on-board receiving system of electromagnetic signals, range, azimuth, angular altitude finders. The antenna of the on-board receiving system is made in the form of a body that is transparent for electromagnetic signals of a material with high relative dielectric permeability ε and positioned in the material with the receiving element connected to the unit for determination of relative variation of the level of the received radiation at a change of the object attitude.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of determination of the object location in space irrespective of the weather conditions due to the enhanced accuracy of determination of the azimuth and angular altitude directions to the respective beacon.
