FIELD: radio-engineering transformation devices, possible usage for transformation of direct or alternating voltage, taken from main train bus, to power voltage for consumers of passenger cars.

SUBSTANCE: device provides power to air conditioning systems, heating, ventilation, lighting and the like, and feeds voltage to electricity sockets in the car. High-voltage voltage transformer for passenger cars includes high voltage input and low voltage output parts. High voltage input part is connected to main train bus, which receives voltage from contact network of railroad, and contains accumulating reactor, voltage limiter, semiconductor short circuit block, and also N of serially connected modules. Each module contains inverter, decoupling high frequency transformer and intermediate rectifier, and also - input rectifier and impulse stabilizer. One contact of accumulating reactor is connected to first clamp of main train bus, and second contact - to first contacts of voltage limiter and semiconductor short circuit block and to input rectifier of first module. Second contacts of voltage limiter and semiconductor short circuit block are connected to second clamp of main train bus and input rectifier of the last, N-numbered module. Also, decoupling high frequency transformer contains signal winding for testing.

EFFECT: technical provision of given output parameters of high-voltage voltage transformer for consumers of passenger cars with powering of train from direct or alternating current networks in broad range of alternation of frequency and voltage values.
