FIELD: engineering of equipment for transferring controlling information, concerning resources for packet data transfer along separate connections during radio communication with commutation of packets and with mating between transferring device and receiving device.
SUBSTANCE: problem is solved by execution of procedure, in which one and the same channel is utilized for controlling ascending communication line for transferring control information of ascending communication line, which is related, at least, to two temporary block streams of descending communication line, and also, preferably, by means of inclusion into control information of message of ascending communication line about which temporal interval of descending communication line transfers temporary block stream connected to it, assuming that channel for controlling ascending communication line uses temporal interval of ascending communication line, with which one-rank temporal interval of descending communication line(i.e., with the same number of temporal interval) is not utilized by appropriate temporary block stream and by inclusion into control information of messages of descending communication line about which control information of temporal interval of ascending communication line is transferred in accordance with certain temporary block stream.
EFFECT: provision of utilization of more than one temporary blocks stream and temporal interval for packet data transfer in one direction of data transfer along ascending/descending communication line.
