FIELD: cellular systems for burst data transmission. SUBSTANCE: automatic iteration request in cellular system for burst-data transmission to mobile objects using space-oriented redundancy protocol of ALOKHA system is made by assigning time identifying frame symbol to each data frame transmitted to or from mobile station. Assigned time-identifying frame symbol being used is the only one in location among sequences of frames transmitted at a time and can be assigned basing on information contained in data frame sent to mobile station or basing on information contained in channel redundancy message preceding data frame and sent to mobile station. Mentioned symbol can be also assigned basing on information contained in channel redundancy message preceding data frame sent from mobile station; symbol assigned is the only one in location among sequences of frames transmitted at a time. Time-identifying frame symbol is included in each block allotted to definite frame; automatic iteration request is just built around data block. Partial data frame is retransmitted in case of error in data transmission; this partial frame incorporates only blocks defined by type of automatic iteration request protocol being used such as selective or number reset one. Hence, primary block should not be entered for identifying mobile station. Blocks allotted to frames assigned to different mobile stations are compressed on downcoming link basing on time-identifying frame symbol. Mobile station introduces directive in random access request indicating that time-identifying frame symbol is already assigned. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 20 cl, 6 dwg
