FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device, manufactured from material possessing shape memory properties, has pedicles and working piece. The working piece has one or several hinges extensible in cooled state. The pedicles are semicircular. Their plane is arranged at an angle of 100-140° to working piece hinge plane. Fixing unit compression force applied to vertebral arches is equal to 10-80 N.
