FIELD: wood-working industry.

SUBSTANCE: machine-tool comprises splitting unit, movable traverse with pusher, power and auxiliary hydraulic cylinders connected with the traverse, power and auxiliary hydraulic cylinders for returning the power unit to the initial position, fluid-pressure drive with hydraulic pumps for pumping low and high pressure fluid, and system of pipelines with the means for control of hydraulic cylinders. The machine-tool is provided with two hydraulic accumulators. One of the accumulators is connected with the high-pressure hydraulic pump and with the delivery pipeline of the hydraulic cylinders and is provided with the means for automatic connection and disconnection from the delivery pipeline with the use of hydraulic distributor. The other distributor is permanently connected with the power hydraulic cylinders through the additional pipeline. The main and additional pipelines are provided with pressure relays for automatic switching the members of the hydraulic drive to various operation regimes.
